Today’s technology has developed so much that scientists are able to design devices and many other gadgets in the order of 10^-9m using the principles of nanotechnology. This is a huge step to create a boom in various fields of science and technology because using such tiny devices even smaller than microscopic organisms will help us get information about various microscopic activities. Further the main use of nanotechnology will be in the field of medicine. Surgeries will be replaced by nanotech treatment and moreover even cancer cells can be identified and removed very easily. Nanotech devices are nothing but a tiny electronic device that works as it has been programmed by the user. The astonishing fact is that scientists have discovered that in such a tiny state, they behave like semi organisms and have gained the capability to replicate by themselves just like viruses. This is because of the raw materials that were used to create them. It is obvious that we humans are not perfect programmers. So any mistake in programming a nanotech device may lead to rapid multiplication such that they would cover up our entire planet in a couple of days and cause massive destruction to human race. When scientists overcome this issue, we will be advanced in science and technology far than ever.
